Dont Be a Secret Genius, Share your Genius with the world
Student Work on the Television in the Front Office
We have connected a ROKU to the television in the front office. This allows us to load student work into a video and play it on the front office television for students, parents and visitors to see the amazing work our students create.
If you would like to share student work on the television, you can put the work into a video using iMovie or you can send me the files and I will put them together into a movie format. So far we have found that mp4 format works best with the ROKU.

Intercultural Exchange Opportunities: Students can better see the value of learning by sharing their work with the world.
Out My Window - A project sharing student edited images and student written poetry around the world. Students write a poem integrating the 5 themes of geography and take a picture out the window of their house. Then they integrate the image and their poem using image editing software. Then they upload their image to the Out My Window gallery on Flickr where students from around the world will upload their images.
Know My World - An opportunity for digital cross cultural exchange students from different parts of the world participate in exchange of ideas, creative writing, art, recipes or any other student created artifacts which reflect their culture. They also have a program, Journal Swap for Peace, in which students journal for seven days and exchange their personal reflections with students at a school in another part of the world.
